Home Learning Timetable and Ideas
Hello all! Hope you are all staying well, here are some ideas you could use as a home timetable - I hope it's useful!!
Example of Home Learning timetable for children
Reception - Things to do
- Home Learning Packs
- Joe Wicks Exercise
- Letter work
- colouring/drawing
- Story time
- Reading
- Numbers – (counting amounts, forwards and backwards to 20)
- construction, lego, sand, etc
- singing any songs
- Lunch, TV, garden time
- Independent play
- jigsaws,
- Role play
This is only a guide, you do not need to do all this in a day – you can only do your best and do not feel under pressure.
Timings, e.g. only – 20 mins phonics, 20 mins number work, 20 mins letter formation and read a story each day
KS1 - Things to do
- Home Learning Packs
- Reading
- Handwriting
- Storytelling
- Phonics games
- Number games
- Joe Wicks P.E. On youtube
- Drawing
- Write a story
- Keep a diary
- Bake cupcakes
- Complete an experiment
