Mental Health and Wellbeing - Support available!

Hi all,

I hope everyone has had a nice week, despite the rain!

As this lockdown continues, it is increasingly important to make sure we are looking after our mental health and wellbeing.

The Mental Health Support Team in Haringey have a phone line for pupils, parents and staff. I have attached the poster and included the main details below.

Who are we? A team of Mental Health Practitioners

When? 9am-3pm Monday - Friday.

Who can contact us? Children/ young people, parents/ carers, school staff.

How can we help? We’re here to listen and support you with your worries and emotions.​
